    2. I like history, especially U.S. history. I think it should taught, it sometimes can be boring, but overall I believe that it is really crucial to a students’ learning.
    3. I don’t know what my favorite topic in US History is yet, I hope to learn it soon.

    2. I really like History. I really like how you can get indepth with one or multiple topics. I don't think it should be banned, because it reflects how US and the world has been molded. And learning about mistakes and successes from the past we can learn to improve ourselves while it can sometimes go the other way and deprave ourselves... But it is always interesting to learn what we did in the past and reflect on the present effects of that event or events
    3. Anything about War is fine by me :)
    4. I just hope to learn about new facts so that I can support my knowledge for that topic and to strengthen my position for that topic

    1. So, my name is Cassandra Simmons. But I like being called Cassi (with no 'e') because it's more casual. :)

    2. Honestly, I don't like history; never really have. It's hard for me to understand the value of large-scale history as it applies to me. I'm willinig to try to learn it but I'm not going to guarantee I'll have fun doing it.

    3. I don't really have a favorite part. It all is on just about the same level for me.

    4. I hope to learn how history is applicable to me and my life.

    4. I only see this class as required and if I was wanting to take anything out of this class I would like to have a better understanding of segregation in the US.

    2. I think history is interesting for the most part. I do enjoy learning it, to some degree, but I just think there are other subjects that pertain more to my personal interests that i would much rather be spending my time learning. Nonetheless, it is still a very important subject to learn because it shows us how we have come to be, and helps us to avoid repeating mistakes.

    3. I don't think i have a favorite topic but the the holocaust, depression, civil war, and the cold war are all very interesting topics.

    4. Nothing in particular. I would just like to get a better understanding of how our country has developed into the country it is today.

    2. I don't like Us history very much. I don't have a strong basis on basic American History. So at times i can find it fairly confusing.

    3. So far i have enjoyed learning about slavery and its relevance to the Civil War.

    2. What is your take on History? Meaning, do you like it/think it is ok/think it should be banned. Why?
    I love history. History is for man to figure out what they did wrong and how they can prevent making the same mistake, which they tend to do anyways, so in ways history can be potrayed as redundant.

    3. What is your favorite topic in US History?
    I like the World Wars and the 1900's ages. I find it interesting to see what happened recently that led to certain things.

    4. What do you hope to learn from this class?
    I hope to gain a higher understanding of the US's History and hope to be able to peice together our History and figure out how it imapcted others History.
